An authentic Synclavier recreation with layered wave-fm sounds and phasing tones – just like in 1982.

This meticulously crafted preset replicates a modified Synclavier II sound that was never available as a factory preset. It’s built on an electric piano foundation with four carefully designed layers:
1-2 for the short attack sweeping, high-pitched string-like transients,
3-4 for the sustained tones that exhibit individual phasing per note.

Recreating it wasn’t easy – this sound was originally shaped for Michael Jackson’s Thriller in 1982, and it behaves exactly like the layered, customized version used in the original production.
