This is not a sample pack. It is a hand-programmed preset library — every patch crafted in Analog Lab V by Antonio Santiago through ear-by-ear reconstruction of the original Thriller-era hardware. No samples, no shortcuts. Each bass, pad, key, lead, pluck, and string was rebuilt with genuine voicing behavior, warm vintage modulation, true chorus width, filter tracking, pitch behavior, and the captivating stereo movement of the original record.
The Jupiter-8 Dual Mode — Recreated
The Roland Jupiter-8’s iconic Dual Mode — unavailable natively in Analog Lab — has been faithfully recreated through dedicated L and R preset pairs plus combined Stereo versions, ensuring the full width and warmth of the original sound. Some presets in this pack share the same name with “L” and “R” suffixes — they are meant for left and right synth instances inside Analog Lab V to reproduce the original Dual Mode stereo width that defined the JP-8 character on the Thriller sessions.
